  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process a refund.

How to Request a Refund:

  3. Return the Item: Pack the item securely and include all original packaging and materials. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at customersupport@notepay.shop

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 15 business days, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
