Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items Like Customize Note pad
  • Items marked as  sale, Deal Item Not Included

3. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer support team at customersupport@notepay.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your return.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Processing Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.

6. Partial Refunds:

  • In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
    • Items with obvious signs of use
    • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery

Exchange Policy

1. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at customersupport@notepay.shop with your order number and details about the defect or damage.
  • We will provide instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item and send you a replacement.

2. Exchange Process:

  • Contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange.
  • Follow the instructions provided to return the defective or damaged item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the replacement.

Shipping Errors

1. Our Mistake:

  • If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
